I’m passionate about high-performance, scientific computing and data analytics, with a focus on solving large-scale computational problems. I enjoy building, maintaining, and contributing to open-source research software. Here are some of the projects I’ve spent far too many hours working on (and happily still do). PyLops-MPI

PyLops-MPI is an extension of the PyLops library that enables distributed and parallel processing of large-scale linear algebra operations using MPI. It provides a variety of MPI linear operators and MPI-powered iterative inversion solvers.

PreliZ is a Python package that helps you pick prior distributions for Bayesian models, with tools for visualizing, tweaking, and eliciting priors.

MPI and Spack based HPC Cluster

This artifact sets up a ready-to-use HPC cluster on Chameleon Cloud with a master-worker setup. All nodes come pre-installed with MPICH, OpenMPI, Spack, and Lmod (Lua Modules) for building, running, and managing MPI-based applications.
